I don’t know about you, but my routine is pretty strictly timed with medicine and food at specific times of day. If I follow the schedule, I seem to do ok. If I don’t follow it, woe is me.
So, of course, when things like daylight savings time comes along, it gets me all messed up!
It’s amazing how much trouble an hour can cause.
I’m waking up too early and I am ready for bed way before I can actually go to bed, so I am not getting enough sleep. My stomach that is used to eating at noon wants lunch at 11. And the Bentyl police in my system want my meds earlier than I want to take them. blah. It’s all made for an interesting couple days.
Am I the only one that gets all messed up?

And guess what Mrs BD?
I am about to get a root canal on MONDAY,
and TODAY I get tested for Celiac Sprue.
which may be the end of my Health Saga.
Maybe >_<
My daughter is suffering too.
which is why the Pediatrician told me i may have Celiac
trick is, You villa in you small intestine that absorb your nutrents get damaged from wheat and gluten…
If you eat refined stuff, and avoid whole grains
(as on the IBS diet)
it makes Celiac hard to detect with a blood test.
YOU may have it.
All you need to do is check out this site
http://www.celiac.org
and google celiac sprue for more info.
and get your questions answered.
then visit your doctor.
It is retarded how most doctors don’t even test you for it.
becasue many I.B.S peeps have it and don’t know it.
I’ll never forget a story I read about a guy
who had to get severely Ill to get taken seriously.
I say read up and get tested!
I hope to hear from you soon!
